Disclosure and Consent to electronic signatures and communications (ESIGN Consent Agreement)

In this E-Sign Consent Agreement (“Agreement”), “you” or “your” refers to each customer who wants to use our services, and “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Highline Technologies, Inc. (“Highline”). This Agreement applies to all communications, agreements, documents, notices and disclosures (collectively, "Communications") that Highline provides to you in connection with any inquiry, account, or accompanying services available through www.highline.co or any of its subdomains.
In connection with our services, we may provide you with certain disclosures or other information.

By clicking Accept below you hereby:

  • Consent to receiving Communications electronically.
  • Agree to the use of electronic signatures for the execution of records we present to you for signature.
  • Confirm that any device you will use to access our services meets the System Requirements described below.

Your Consent is Required

You must consent to receiving the Communications electronically in order to set up payments directly from your Payroll Provider.

Getting paper copies

At any time after you consent to receiving the Communications electronically, you may request from us a paper copy of the Highline User Agreement, ACH Authorization Consent and E-sign Consent and Disclosure or made available electronically to you by us. You may request delivery of such paper copies from us by emailing [email protected].

System Requirements

In order to access and retain your electronic Communications, you will need:

  • Access to the Internet
  • A Web Browser (Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Mozilla Firefox are recommended).
  • You may need additional software to view or print your electronic record.
  • Documents are presented in an Adobe portable document format (.pdf) and can be viewed by using the free Adobe Reader.

You agree that we will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance or for any interruptions arising from any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. You will not send any computer viruses or other messages that could damage our systems.

Withdrawing Consent

You are free to withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time and without charge. To withdraw your consent, please contact us via email at [email protected] or at the following number 855-647-1177 during our operating hours from 9AM to 5PM CT Monday through Friday. Your withdrawal of consent will be effective as soon as possible, but no later than 3 business days after we receive a request as provided above.

Consequences of Withdrawing Consent

Withdrawing consent for electronic communication will result in the termination of your Highline user account. Highline cannot continue to provide services to you without the ability to send communications to you electronically.
